We invite you to become part of a very special giving initiative called Key to King’s Bursary.
There are talented students today who are not taking up their places at King’s, or even applying to study here, due to the escalating costs of living in London.
Through the Key to King’s bursary a very special group of alumni are unlocking a King’s education and opportunities for students from underrepresented backgrounds. The support you give via the Key to King’s will transform lives.
You can join as a member of the Key to King’s bursary by either making a single gift of at least £5,000 or by spreading your gift out regularly, for example by giving £417 a month or £5,000 annually via Direct Debit. If you are overseas, you can also join by making a regular card payment, please email giving@kcl.ac.uk for details.
With a gift of £5,000 a year you can help fund a much-needed Key to King’s Bursary for that year, for a student who would simply be unable to study here otherwise, and give them a chance to make their mark on the world.
As a Key to King’s pledger, you will hear from some of those students whose lives you will change forever. You will also receive information from the Student Funding Office about how Key to King’s bursaries are assessed.
If you are interested in making a major gift of £5,000 or higher, please get in contact with Ruthy Stevenson (ruthy.stevenson@kcl.ac.uk) to discuss your contribution. If you are interested in making a longer term annual pledge towards student support of £15,000 or more, please contact Pippa Searle (pippa.searle@kcl.ac.uk).
